Knutson Brothers II Remodelers

The WBA Remodeling Awards are presented by the Wisconsin Remodelors Council. The 2006 Awards were presented at the 2007 WBA Convention on January 20, 2007.

for their Whole House Remodel Project
Knutson Bros. II, LLC - East Troy, WI

The project is a get-away home for a young couple with two children. They love entertaining. The space above the three-car garage became a dormitory style sleeping area, including a bathroom, a game-media room with a private deck. Four dormers were added to the second floor exterior for a great view of the lake. Significant upgrades include the staircase code updates and appeal. The front porch was converted to a "year round" room, offering a great view of the lake. The kitchen was enlarged, using spaces previously used by the laundry room and a bedroom.
