Knutson Bros. II LLC (a.k.a. KB2 Remodeling) is a local, family-owned and -operated Wisconsin LLC that was founded by Cindy Knutson Lycholat, and her husband Gerry Lycholat, in March of 1994. Prior to founding KB2, Cindy was Vice President of Knutson Bros. Builders in West Allis, Wisconsin, founded in 1955.
For more than 30 years, Cindy's companies have developed a reputation for personalized service and proven craftsmanship. KB2 specializes in all kinds of remodeling and addition projects. Each project is designed to meet customer's individual needs and budget requirements. Each project is designed to help a neighbor.
Our staff and crews strive for "Total Customer Satisfaction" by sharing an excellent rapport with our clients, architects and subcontractors and working closely with them during the entire construction process.
Consequently, we are proud to say, the majority of our business is through referrals from past clients.
