Knutson Bros II, LLC

We want to introduce you to Knutson Bros II LLC - also known as  KB2 Remodelers - Cindy, Gerry, and Office Manager, Debbie.  We want you to meet our dogs, Spot and Hunter.  While we lost Spot recently after many wonderful years, he will always be a part of who we are.

We want to show you some of what we've done, not creating palaces but taking good homes and making them a better lifestyle fit. We want to tell you about our core belief in being good citizens and an honorable business.  We live and work in the southeastern part of Wisconsin.  We are neighbors.

We hope you will enjoy our "Ask a Pro" articles and tips on remodeling; that you will sign up for our newsletter (email or printed); and that if you've been considering a project, you'll tell us about it.

What Are Certifications and Awards?

The question we get asked a lot is "What are the initials behind your name?" but the unasked question is "Why are they important?"

Knutson Bros. II, LLC is a small company located near East Troy, Wisconsin. We have chosen to stay small and stay near the communities in which we live, focusing on remodeling and residential repairs.  We want to stay personally involved in every project.  We shop where our customers shop and we believe in giving back to the community.  

That said, being small and local doesn't mean our customers don't deserve the best design, quality, and products available in the remodeling business, so we continue our education and keep current in the remodeling business.  The letter behind our names certify that we're current in remodeling best practices and will bring them to your project. 

For the same reason, we mention our awards.  It's a really BIG deal for a 3-person firm in rural Wisconsin to receive the National and Wisconsin Builder of the Year awards.  And we're very grateful.
